unfortunately, we have to inform you that our shipping partner has temporarily suspended deliveries to New Zealand and Australia.

We have been informed that the shipping company is working on a solution. However, we have not yet been able to obtain a date from them for the resumption of shipments to these countries.

New information about order tracking for shipment with the Russian post

Dear friends of Russian watches from the VOSTOK brand!

We are increasingly finding that it is no longer possible to track your orders from abroad on the Russian post website. However, to still enable you to track your shipments, we would like to recommend the follow alternative tracking website:

This provider offer the option to set your language. However, if you don't receive any information there, which hasn't happened so far, you can of course also email us at Vostok.Watches24@icloud.com. We will then try to send you information directly from the Russian Post website.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that your shipments are in transit after crossing the Russian border. This transit may take an indefinite period of time, during which you will not see any new tracking information. New information will only be released after the shipments have been scanned into a postal system. So please be patient, sometimes a little longer.

Problems with shipment to the USA

Dear American friends of Russian watches,

we regret to inform you that, effective immediately and until further notice, the Russian Post Office is no longer accepting any shipments to the USA. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a reliable explanation from the Russian Post Office. However, we assume that the reason is unclear customs clearance of incoming shipments on the American side. We are trying to find out more and will keep you updated.

Payment with credit or debit card

Dear friends of Russian watches from the VOSTOK brand!

Due to the sanctions against Russia, paying for orders by credit or debit card should no longer be possible. However, our Russian payment provider has learned how to deal with this and accepts credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, not all cards work. Unfortunately, can't say for sure which cards from which countries will work for payment. Please just try it out. It either works or it doesn't.

If payment with your card from your country doesn't work, you can still pay via PayPal or by wire transfer to our account at Bank TBC in Tbilisi.

I'm very sorry, but unfortunately, I can't offer anything else in the current situation. We very much hope that the situation will return to normal as soon as possible.

Current delivery time of new orders

Dear friends of Russian watches from the VOSTOK brand!

Due to the sanctions against Russia, the Russian Post has been unable to deliver directly to Europe by airmail for some time. All deliveries are therefore processed via various transit countries, such as Serbia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and others. This results in very different delivery times. Deliveries can arrive in as little as two weeks, but also after eight weeks.
In addition, customs checks all shipments from Russia particularly thoroughly to ensure they do not violate sanctions.  This particularly affects Italian and Spanish customs.
Please understand this situation. We very much hope that the situation will stabilize as soon as possible.

we are pleased to announce that we can now accept orders from Australia, Finland, New Zealand, Poland and Peru again. As usual, delivery will be via Serbia. Orders are currently sent two times per month by courier to Serbia, from where they can then be sent to the destination countries. Please understand, however, that everything takes a certain amount of time and that the delivery times are correspondingly long. But it's better to be able to deliver with long shipment time than not deliver.

Summer vacation

Alternative shipping routes for countries that cannot be supplied by Russian Post


Dear friends,

unfortunately, it is not possible to send your orders to all countries using the Russian Post. As of today, this affects the following countries and regions:
  • Sweden
  • Finland
  • Denmark
  • Poland
  • Australia
  • Nepal
  • South and Central America (except Chile)
  • Africa
  • Oceania
This list of these countries is subject to change at any time. We try to keep you up to date.
What can we offer you for shipping to these countries?
We can offer you shipping via Serbia. Every 1st and 15th day of every month we deliver goods from Russia to Serbia by private courier. This courier usually travels 2-3 days from Moscow to Belgrade, where the goods are then taken over by our partner and can then be sent to the countries concerned. This means that if the courier leaves Moscow on the 1st day of the month, for example, he will be in Belgrade on the 3rd day of the month, from where the orders can then be shipped on the 5th day of the month. Accordingly, orders that are delivered from Moscow to Belgrade on the 15th day of the month can be shipped to the recipient countries around the 20th day of the month.
You do not need to do anything else for this. We recognize the orders in question and automatically deliver via Serbia with Serbian Post. After the shipment you will receive a tracking number from the Serbian Post.

Update 6 costums export information - last update

Dear VOSTOK friends,

today we can finally inform you that shipping to the most of countries is working again without any problems. It can be ordered as normal and we deliver as normal with the Russian Post. However, the delivery times are not quite as short as before the beginning of the Ukraine conflict, since the Russian Post has to deliver via third countries, but unfortunately we cannot do anything about that.
So then continue to have fun ordering and many thanks to everyone who has remained loyal to me during this difficult period and will continue to do so.

Dear VOSTOK modding friends,

today we have good news for you. All 10 returned by Russian customs and on 20.06. newly shipped orders have cleared the customs border and for the most part are already in the process of leaving the country. We will therefore start to resend the remaining returned orders from tomorrow. I ask for your understanding that we can still ship all orders immediately and that we therefore need a few days to process everything. Every customer will be informed of the new shipping number when the new item is sent.
Just as we have done the reshipping for the most part, we will reopen the shop.

Update 4 costums export information

Dear VOSTOK friends,

Today we re-launched the first 10 orders returned by Russian Customs. In our opinion, everything should be fine now. However, in order to be absolutely sure whether this will actually be the case, we will wait to send the next batch until the consignments sent today actually get out of the country in good condition. I think this will take about another 5-7 days. I think this will be the last delay now. As long as everything is really in order, we will get all returned shipments on their way and then open the shop again.

Dear VOSTOK friends,

today we can finally give you positive news. From my point of view, the problems with the Russian customs and the Russian Post have been resolved and we will start to resend the returned packages from next week. Please understand that not all packages can be sent at once. This is simply not physically possible. But when shipping, each customer receives a corresponding message with the shipping number, so that he is informed that his order is on its way to him again. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all customers who showed patience and understanding and did not open PayPal right away.

As far as the shop is concerned, we will reopen it as soon as it is confirmed that shipping is now really stable. Please understand this as well.

At the same time we would like to inform you that we are in the process of organizing the shipping of modding parts and accessories from a third country. Unfortunately, this country is not (yet) an EU country, but it is much closer to Central Europe than Russia. This means that the delivery time to European countries are shorter and the "Russia" problem no longer applies.

Unfortunately, I still have no new or good news for you about the reshipment of the returned orders. I am in contact with customs and the Russian Post and am trying to get binding information. Due to the difficult economic situation, the Russian government is making new decisions every day in order to remain in control of the situation. Unfortunately, some of these contradict themselves or are implemented with a certain amount of self-interpretation by the state bodies. In other words, it's difficult. I think, however, that we will have more clarity by the end of the week and then I can say explicitly how things will continue.
I ask you once again for a little more patience and would like to assure you once again that you will either get your orders or your money back.

today we managed to contact the Russian customs. However, neither the hotline of the customs office nor another customs contact number, which was given to us by the hotline, was able to explain why the packages we sent were returned. We were advised to submit an official request to customs, which of course we did. However, it may take up to 10 days for us to receive an official response from customs to our request. I know this is a long time but unfortunately there is absolutely nothing we can do to speed things up here. I hope you have enough patience to get through this time together with us. If you do not want this, you are welcome to let us know and we will of course refund the purchase price.

Temporary suspension of deliveries from Russia abroad

Dear friends of Russian watches Vostok, dear customers!

Unfortunately, I have to inform you that at the moment there are incomprehensible problems with the delivery of watches, spare parts and accessories from Russia abroad. Today we got over 40 packages back from the Russian Post. Customs noted on these that the contents of the shipment could not be classified as items for individual use. Whatever that means. We are in the process of contacting Russian Customs to clarify the situation. However, it is now the weekend and there is no information from a state authority, such as customs. Hopefully we'll know more on Monday. We therefore ask you for a little patience. We will keep you updated here.
Please don't worry about your orders. Either we find a way to deliver the orders or you get your money back. I personally guarantee you that.
